Many thanks for your interest in exhibiting at the PATA Travel Mart 2017. Asia’s leading travel trade event. Please study the following information carefully before completing and submitting the online Seller registration form.

Booth type

1. Standard shell scheme

You must contract at least 9 sqm (3m x 3m) booth space.

  • Wall partition
  • Fascia name
  • Table and four chairs
  • Fluorescent lighting, power socket and carpet
The booth space is offered with two options: with or without pre-matched appointments with Buyers.
We recommend strongly that Sellers who mean business, select the pre-matched appointments option.

2. Raw space

You must contract at least 18 sqm (3m x 6m) booth space.

Please note that, if you take this option, you should appoint contractor company or contact our Official Contractor to construct your own booth.

Again, booth space is offered with two options: with or without pre-matched appointments with Buyers.
We recommend strongly that Sellers who mean business, select the pre-matched appointments option.


Seller delegate registration

A maximum of three (3) delegates are allowed in each 9 sqm booth.

Attendance by the primary Seller is compulsory and he/she is entitled to one set of pre-matched appointments (30 appointments) with Buyers if requested.

Delegates registered with their NTOs (country pavilions) are requested to complete the registration forms so that their company and business profiles are included in the PTM manual. Accreditation for companies exhibiting as part of a national NTO is provided only to the nominated first delegate.


Pre-matched appointments criteria

The pre-matched appointment system is based upon three criteria;

  1. By Mutual requests
  2. By Buyer's requests
  3. By Seller's requests


Booth allocation

Seller organisations are assigned booths based on their geographic region.
The allocation is based upon 'first come-first served' basis and is also subject to PATA approval.

Remarks

     Returning seller organisations (5 years continuously) enjoy a loyalty discount of up to 15%.
     Book early to enjoy preferred space allocation and priority in matching process.


Micro Enterprise Package

PATA invites small and medium sized companies to participate at PTM with a special package for a participation fee of US$ 1100.
The package includes one seller delegate registration with one day of pre-matched appointments with buyers (14 appointments), plus one display counter and a discussion area..


Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer and must be in US Dollars and payable to "Pacific Asia Travel Association".

Registration deadline

The registration deadline for pre-matched appointments is June 30, 2017.
Any registration received after this date will not enjoy the benefit of pre-matched appointments with Buyers.

      PRE-SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

      For inclusion into the pre-scheduled appointments program, all seller agreement(s) together with full payment must be received after the submission of the Seller Organisation Registration Application form (or Seller Online Registration Submission) within 2 weeks. Those registrations received after the deadline of June 30,2017 will be listed in Pre-Addendum and will be required to conduct their own appointments.


      CANCELLATIONS

      The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) must be notified in writing of any cancellation. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount payable will be applicable for written cancellations received by PATA on or before June 30, 2017. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after July 01, 2017. Refunds do not include any assessed bank fees, and will be made after September 30, 2017.


      LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

      It is agreed that neither the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility for any personal injury, property damage or loss suffered by a delegate or any of his / her family members or other persons attending the PATA Travel Mart with the delegate resulting from the action or inaction of any person other than an employee of PATA. In the event of, or likelihood of, any circumstance which may create an extraordinary risk of injury or damage, PATA shall have the right in its sole discretion, to determine the course of action to be followed in respect to the PATA Travel Mart 2017. In the event that PATA cancels or limits the Mart for reasons of safety, neither PATA nor any of its officers, directors, members or employees shall have any liability or responsibility in connection with such cancellation or limitation and their failure to perform any further obligations shall not constitute a breach of contract on the part of PATA to hold such Mart. This Application for registration, when signed by authorised personnel of the seller organisation, shall serve as an agreement between PATA and the seller organisation, and shall indicate that the above terms and conditions of this Seller Organisation Registration Agreement have been read and understood by the organisation. PATA reserves the right to consider as incomplete any Application for Registration submitted without company stamp and signature.
